I, Louisa Dohme, of Cincinnati, Ohio being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, to wit:
First: I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts, the expenses of my funeral, the costs of settling up my estate and the legacies hereinafter named, out of my personal estate and if that be not sufficient, then out of my real estate.
Second: I hereby direct my executors hereinafter named to purchase and erect over my grave for a sum not exceeding $100 a monument of the same design as the monument which I had erected over the grave of my husband.
Third: I give and bequeath unto my grandchild, Dora Dohme, child of my deceased son, George Dohme, the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to be paid her without interest in tw years after my death out of my personal estate and if that be insufficient then out of my real estate.
Fourth: I give and bequeath unto my grandchild, Ferdinand Dohme, child of my deceased son, George Dohme, the sum of five dollars.
Fifth: I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter, Dora Thomas, the sum one thousand dollars to be paid her in one year after my death out of my personal estate and if that be not enough then out of my real estate.
Sixth: I give and bequeath unto my beloved children, Amelia Papner, Charlotte Schroer, Lizzie DeYoung, August Dohme, Frederick Dohme, and Dora Thomas my household goods and furniture and wearing apparel in equal shares and hereby direct that they divide the same amongst themselves without any sale thereof in such amounts as they may agree upon.
Seventh: I give, devise and bequeath unto my said children Amelia Papner, Charlotte Schroer, Lizzie DeYoung, August Dohme, Frederick Dohme, and Dora Thomas the rest and residue of my estate be the same real, personal and mixed, and wherever situate to have and to hold the same unto them and their heirs in equal shares.
Eighth: I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Frederick Dohme, executor and my daughter, Amelia Papner, executrix of this my last will and testament and request the court not to require any bond or security from them.
Ninth: I hereby revoke all other wills heretofore made by me.
In witness whereof said Louisa Dohme has hereunto set her hand the sixteenth day of October A.D. 1902.
