In the name of the Father of all, I, Ferdinand Dohme of Delhi Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament; to wit:

First:  I direct the payment of all my just debts including the expenses of my funeral and the costs of administering my estate.

Second:  I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Louisa Dohme and her heirs my entire estate and property, be the same real, personal, or mixed and wherever situate to have and to hold the same unto her and her heirs in fee simple.

Third:  I hereby direct that no inventory or appraisement be made of my estate.

Fourth:  I nominate and appoint my said wife executrix of this my will without any bond or security.

Fifth:  I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.  In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this second day of August 1890.
